Taking it section by section Kate looks at the effect this fast-paced society has had on our health and well-being. Kate will educate groups with facts surrounding what alcohol, food and sedentary lifestyles really does to our mental and physical health both now and in the future.
Beyond Obesity is all about the bigger picture, unpacking the reasons behind our desire for the ‘quick-fix’ and learning a multitude of tools to help love our life and our bodies. Gradually, the tools will gain momentum and participants will start to become healthier better people.

Kate’s background as a nurse in bariatrics ensures she comes from a place of genuinely caring about other people, not just about their health but about their lives and their potential.
